Honduras - La Montana Comayagua

Honduras's Comayagua department is home to the Comayagua mountain range, with peaks that reach as high as 2,450 meters above sea level. Producers in the area have the benefit of cool evenings in the mountainous landscape, and grow a collection of both heirloom and rust-resistant varieties.
