We’re excited to announce the opening of our brand new Pelicano Coffee location at Circus Parade, Brighton – and this one’s a little different.

This is our first café with a full kitchen, allowing us to offer a freshly prepared breakfast and brunch menu, made to order using locally sourced ingredients. From vibrant veggie plates to hearty classics, there’s something for everyone to enjoy – whether you’re fuelling up for the day or settling in for a relaxed weekend.

Even better, this venue is fully licensed, so you can pair your brunch with a Bloody Mary, a craft beer, or a glass of natural wine. The space stays true to Pelicano’s warm, independent vibe with a bright, welcoming interior and signature coffee roasted just down the road.
